45-DAY TRANSFORMATION
CorVive Transformation League: June 15th – July 30th
Join us for the next level of our Transformation. The new 45 Day Transformation is like nothing we have done before, as we take your fitness goals to the next level. You and your “team” can earn a Dallas Cowboys Football Getaway as a team by being crowned champions!
Each week we will choose a Defensive Player and an Offensive Player of the week that will be announced on a special Facebook live. The Players of the Week will be determined by a combination of submitted pictures, activity level based on the 3’s and team commitment. Players of the week will receive recognition and prizes.
The champions of the CTL will be determined by a panel of CorVive Corporate Judges, Team Coaches and online voting from all participants. The championship team will be crowned on our Facebook Live Wellness Wednesday on August 5th.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
You can participate as a Coach or as a Player.

POSITIONS
OFFENSE
- Quarter Back: Always leading the charge, but has suffered a couple of setbacks and now on IR. Ready to hit the gym for some strength training and regain that starting position.
- Running Back: Fell in love with running during the quarantine while the gyms were closed. Trying to improve my 5k time.
- Full Back: Down right gritty. Always looking to run over any obstacle, but the donuts have gotten to me lately.
- Left Tackle: Have a huge heart for people and am ready to make a difference in my life and many others.
- Left Guard: Being a lefty isn’t always easy, but I’m going to show you what I got.
- Center: Always taking the bull by the horns but have gotten derailed lately. Looking to get focused again.
- Right Guard: You’ve been blocking for others your entire life. It’s now time to retire those bad habits and thoughts and block for yourself in a healthy way.
- Right Tackle: I’m not blind, I see that mirror, but things are about to change.
- Wide Receiver: Lean mean fighting machine. Need to add a little bit more muscle.

- Tight End: Always juggling multiple things at once, ready to catch the next opportunity and run with it.
DEFENSE
- Defensive End: Always ready to run them down. Lost a little in that first step, but ready to HIIT those agility classes and have a faster 40 time.

- Defensive Tackle: I’ve got the need, the need for speed! However, I’ve got to get those gains too… free weights watch out, I got you now.

- Outside Linebacker: Used to setting the edge and chasing people down but I’ve gotten lazy lately and lost motivation, I’m ready to start chasing my goals again.
- Middle Linebacker: Field general, used to giving direction but this quarantine season has gotten me lost. Need some help getting back on track.

- Corner Back: Always defending off the carbs and sweets however, lately I’ve gotten burned.

- Free Safety: Have always stayed very active but have gotten distracted with the fun and need to refocus.
